Terms & Conditions

Car attachment terms for vehicle owners partnering with VROOMS.

1. Revenue Sharing

Owner – 60%, Company – 40% revenue share on each booking.

2. Vehicle Age Requirement

Vehicle should not be older than 7 years. Only private number plate vehicles will be accepted.

3. Vehicle Condition & Documents

  • No EMI pending on the vehicle
  • All documents should be complete and valid
  • RC
  • Insurance
  • Pollution
  • Aadhaar ID
  • No pending challan/fine

4. Maintenance Responsibility

  • Body maintenance (minor dents, paint touch-up, cleaning) will be handled by the company
  • Engine maintenance, servicing, oil change, and tire replacement will be the responsibility of owner

6. Vehicle Condition at the Time of Attachment

  • Car should be clean, mechanically fit, and properly maintained
  • Both interior and exterior should be in good condition

7. Usage & Safety

  • Vehicle will be used strictly for self-drive purposes
